lunch! London, 16–17 September at ExCeL, brings international producers into one hall for foodservice and food-to-go. The range is built for operators who want a tighter plate, a new drink, or a product that changes what the guest actually notices.
Protein-enriched lines, collagen products, new flavours in food and drink, hygiene, POS systems: lunch! is the show where that innovation is put in someone’s hand. Exhibitors taste, smell and feel the product. Start-ups stand next to established names. Attendance this year was strong.
Trianon Export walked the floor. Our partners at Bake the Shape, with Asvina (UK), took the public’s Bronze Award at the lunch! Innovation Challenge 2026 — their announcement.
